About Carol Sue
Carol Sue was born and raised in Bremerton. Growing up in this small city, she is very familiar with the local history, the neighborhoods, and is deeply rooted in the community. She is active in supporting the current revitalization of downtown Bremerton. She has raised her twin daughters in Bremerton who are recent graduates of Bremerton High School.

She is dedicated to representing the purchaser and advising them during the complete process of looking for a home; choosing the right property, writing and negotiating the offer, arranging the financing, solving the issues that arise during the transaction, inspections, and finally the actual closing. Carol Sue is now currently the broker/owner of the "Kitsap" Windermere office .
Carol Sue Rogers and Windermere care about the community. Each time our office sells a home, a portion of her commission goes to the Windermere Foundation. This foundation contributed funds to nonprofit organizations dedicated to helping homeless families in Bremerton and Kitsap County.
We look forward every year to "Community Service Day". On this day, Carol Sue and her fellow agents close the office and complete a project for a local organization that benefits that whole community. Some of the projects in the local area include the School for Autistic Children, Bremerton Community Center and helping the Girl Scouts of America.
